Filing Process
Our mission at eXFILE is to make the EDGAR filing process as simple and convenient to our customers as possible. Below we illustrate how our process works.

1. Send your document to eXFILE Provide us with the documents you would like us to process. We accept all electronic document formats as well as hard copy by email, fax or hand delivery. Additionally, please include:

2. "EDGARizing" your document We convert, format, render and QC your document. Once we've completed this process, we’ll provide to you:

3. Reviewing your proof and Author’s Alterations (AA’s) Mark up and submit back to eXFILE any edits you have by email or fax. We’ll make the necessary changes and send you a new proof. |

4. Filing submission and confirmation
Once the document has been finalized, you can email or call us with your authorization to transmit the document to the SEC. We will immediately submit your filing. Once the filing is accepted by the SEC, eXFILE will provide a confirmation via email. All Filing projects are archived in our database for a minimum of two years and are available to customers free of charge upon request. Our secure network is backed up on a daily basis and stored offsite. |
